Media Companies are Biased
and the majority of Americans know it.
President Donald Trump has been known to accuse several media companies as being fake news. Some of these include sources like CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, Washington Post, and the NY Times. While I feel these sites do have a heavy anti-Republican bias, calling the entire company "fake news" might not be the best method of fighting them, nor is it accurate. |
Wall Street Journal
“Speaker Paul Ryan’s announcement Wednesday that he will not seek re-election is bad news for Republicans, Congress and America’s political culture. Mr. Ryan says he’s confident Republicans will keep their House majority in the midterms, but his decision reflects a recognition that one of two outcomes is likely—neither of which is promising for GOP leadership.” |
New York Times
"In 2016, Wisconsin turned red for Donald Trump but Paul Ryan’s Janesville remained stubbornly blue — so perhaps it is no surprise that the speaker of the House won’t seek re-election. For Republicans, this is an unalloyed good. For his entire career, Mr. Ryan has been the wunderkind who couldn’t deliver. As the No. 2 on the Romney ticket in 2012, he was supposed to add youth, depth and a key that would unlock coveted Midwestern electoral votes. He didn’t do that, either." |
